NOTICE OF ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that the Oberon Public School District No. 16 school board election will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at the Oberon Public School for the following purpose:
TO ELECT TWO SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS FOR 3-YR TERM
SHALL OBERON PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT #16 PUBLISH A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE SCHOOL BOARD IN A NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION?
All board members represent the District At-Large.
Any candidates for election as a member to the school board of a school district must file with the school district Business Manager, before four o’clock p.m. on the sixty-fourth day prior to the election, a statement setting forth his or her name and the position for which that person is a candidate and a statement interest. The statements must be in the physical possession of the Oberon School Office before 4:00 p.m. on the 64th day before the election. The closing date and time for this year’s election is 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2025.
